What is the Culture of Your Workplace?

Danna Beal, M.Ed., international speaker, consultant and author is dedicated to healing the workplace culture by boldly addressing
the ego battles, internal competition, rivalry, power struggles and fear that permeate many of today's businesses.  She has spoken to over 300 organizations and been on over 50 radio and TV shows, sharing her new model for enlightened leadership and cooperative workplaces.

Rebuilding relationships and creating an environment of trust and compassion will lead businesses to new levels of success.  Unhappy employees do not give good customer service, do not refer business, are not loyal, and are not productive. The cost of replacing even one employee ranges from 30% to 200% of their annual salary.  So creating a workplace culture of honor, respect and cooperation is not only the ethical thing to do; it is good business.

Her workshops and keynote addresses on "Leading with Spirit and Compassion" and "The Compassionate Workplace"  illuminate the path to authentic power and leadership.

  • Increase loyalty, retention and personal responsibility.
  • Discover the inner path to authentic power and great leadership.
  • Build teamwork, synergism and enthusiasm.
  • Expand productivity, creativity, sales and profitability.
  • End fear, gossip, blame, rivalry and greed.
  • Increase open and clear communication.
  • Heal the workplace culture.

Purpose

This book is about rebuilding relationships in the workplace by honoring the spirit in ourselves and in others, residing beneath our self-created identities that battle and compete for power and validation.  This shallow interpretation of ourselves, a shabby imitation we have come to believe is true, belies our incredible authentic power.  One day, when fear can be replaced with trust and compassion for one another, there will be a shift in consciousness. People everywhere will be restored to their true identities, their inner spiritual greatness that was intended by the Creator.  To that end, this book is dedicated.
