Danna Beal lives in Bellevue, WA where she is a business consultant, speaker and author.  She has been on over 50 radio and TV talk shows throughout the country, discussing her book, Tragedy in the Workplace: The Longest Running Show in the Country. She has been a keynote speaker and workshop leader on her new model for “Leading with Spirit and Compassion.” She spoke at The International Alliance for Women's Global Conference in Washington DC, along with other speakers, such as Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Her interest in expanding human potential  has been a thread throughout her life.  She is committed to helping people everywhere be restored to their authentic selves through a model that illuminates and brings clarity to the drama in the workplace.  Addressing the unrecognized costs to businesses when the work environment is filled with emotional drama and power struggles, she introduces a new model for "enlightened leadership". Her work rebuilds relationships and increases teambuilding, loyalty, synergism and success.

Danna wrote her book after working as a consultant for twenty years in the following industries: medical practices, hospitals, CPA firms, law firms, museums, retail, banks, financial institutions, hospitality, stock brokers, insurance, retirement centers, education and car dealerships.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University and a Masters in Education from Whitworth College. She was born and raised in Spokane, WA in a family with four sisters and one brother.  She has two grown children, Stephanie and Kyle Beal.
